Greenberry Recruitment is proud to represent a respected mid-tier mining company with a strong capital works pipeline and multiple brownfield expansion projects underway across WA. With increasing investment in site infrastructure, processing upgrades, and energy transitions, the business is seeking a highly capable Senior Project Manager to join their Perth-based corporate team and lead the safe and successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects.

This role is suited to a mid-senior project professional ready to manage high-impact portfolios while influencing long-term asset value and operational outcomes.

• Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects across fixed plant, non-process infrastructure (NPI), and utilities – from pre-feasibility through to construction, commissioning, and handover
• Coordinate engineering design reviews, procurement strategies, contractor management, and site execution plans
• Act as the key interface between operations, technical services, HSE, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and compliance
• Develop and monitor project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk registers using industry-standard project control tools
• Prepare high-quality reporting packages and present project updates to senior leadership and executive steering committees
• Foster a strong safety culture, actively promoting compliance with internal and regulatory health, safety, and environmental standards
• Lead and mentor a small but high-performing team of project engineers and site-based coordinators
   

• Minimum 8–12 years' experience in mining or resources project management, ideally in iron ore, gold, lithium, or base metals
• Strong knowledge of WA-based site infrastructure delivery including civils, SMP works, and electrical upgrades
• Degree qualified in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical), Construction Management or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in managing EPC/EPCM contractors and working with remote site teams
• Sound commercial and contractual knowledge, including cost control, variation management, and scope alignment
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Willingness to travel periodically to site to oversee delivery and progress milestones
