Laurence's journey from professional football to business ownership has been shaped by high-performance environments, resilience, and a deep passion for people.
Having had the privilege of playing for some iconic clubs, and representing his country at youth level, he was set for a bright future in football. However, an early retirement at just 21 due to injury led him to pivot toward a new challenge—building a career in construction sales, specialising in fire safety.
Today, as the Co-Founder of Greenberry Recruitment, Laurence brings the same dedication, integrity, and team-first mentality he cultivated on the pitch to his work connecting top talent with forward-thinking businesses. He thrives on driving innovation and making a meaningful impact for both his clients and candidates.
Paul Pressney - Director & Co-Founder
From London to Perth, Paul has over 20 years in the construction industry, progressing from tradesman to site supervisor, project manager, and Operations Manager. His experiences working across different countries have broadened his knowledge and overall approach to construction.
