Join a leading ASX-listed mining organisation with a strong pipeline of projects across Western Australia. Our client is renowned for delivering complex brownfield and greenfield mining projects with a commitment to safety, innovation, and sustainability. With multiple major projects ramping up, they are now seeking an experienced Mining Construction Manager to lead project delivery and site operations.

Reporting to the Project Director, the Construction Manager will take ownership of all on-site construction activities during the development and expansion phases of key mining infrastructure projects. This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone with proven experience in end-to-end construction management within the resources sector.

• Lead the delivery of mining infrastructure projects, ensuring schedule, cost, and safety targets are met
• Manage subcontractors and on-site teams, enforcing high standards of safety and performance
• Drive construction planning, execution, and reporting across multiple work fronts
• Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and project controls teams
• Oversee HSE compliance, quality assurance, and risk management processes
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication with clients, consultants, and executive leadership
   

• 10+ years’ experience in mining construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects in remote or FIFO environments
• Formal qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Strong understanding of Australian standards, mining legislation, and safety protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a focus on team development
• Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments
